Physical health is a very important part of overall health and is a component of the health definition given by the World Health Organization (WHO)- "Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." We should make physical activity part of our daily routine and should exercise for at least 45-60 minutes daily to keep fit and our body healthy. This not only burns off excess calories that we consume, but it is also a great way to boost our energy and feel good about ourselves. It is also a wonderful way to connect with people. Every time we play tag, soccer, or basketball with our friends, or even just walking around the park, we are exercising.
